Kristi Bruce wins NPC Jr. National Lt. Hvy title in her NPC National debut!

Her decision to sit out of competition for three years and put on some quality muscle to be competitive at the national level proved to be a good one as Kristi walked through her competition at the GNC classic in Anderson Indiana and in her NPC National debut pulled out the Lt. Hvy class victory against a group of seasoned top-level athletes. What is even more stunning than her victory was the fact that unlike most other top national athletes, Kristi does all of her contest prep herself. From her off-season mass program to her on-season diet and peaking phase, Kristi built a plan to win and relentlessly worked her plan to bring home victory.  Kristi wins Lt. Hvy Class at Jr. Nationals in her National Debut! (June, 2009)
